NCM Electric Bikes: Which Model Suits You?
Share
NCM names its bikes after cities. Moscow, Milano, Paris, Venice, Prague. Great for a travel brochure, not much help when you're trying to pick one.
So here's the range sorted by what you actually want to do.
I want one bike that does most things
Start with the Moscow family. The NCM Moscow is rugged and versatile, with a 624Wh battery that suits commuting, long leisure rides and proper time outdoors. The Moscow M3 adds a reinforced integrated battery and a custom front light. The Moscow Plus is the step up. There's also the M7 for riders who want more mountain bike, and the Prague, a compact frame with a bottle-mount battery that suits commuters and delivery riders.
I want comfort for the city
The Milano Plus has a low top tube, an adjustable stem and a sprung seat post. The Venice Plus is similar in spirit with a rear rack for storage. The T3S is an accessible step-through with full hydraulic disc brakes, and the T7 and T7S are the long-range trekking bikes. The T7 runs a 48V 19Ah (912Wh) Das-Kit battery, and the T7S step-through comes in 26" and 28" frames. For pure relaxed riding there's the Miami cruiser with its extra wide Selle Royal seat.
I'm short on space
The Paris folds without tools: frame, stem, pedals and saddle. The Paris Plus and Paris Max N8R are the premium versions. If you live in an apartment or want a bike that fits in the boot, start here.
I want fat tyres or cargo
The Aspen and Aspen Plus are NCM's fat bikes. The big tyre footprint is great on soft ground like sand and gravel. The CG7 is a step-through cargo bike for errands, deliveries and carrying kids.
The honest bit
NCM's strength is value: you get a lot of battery and a sensible parts spec for the money. What decides whether you're still happy in three years is whether someone local can service it and get parts. We do both. We stock Das-Kit spares for NCM bikes and we work on them all the time.
