All bikes and scooters are shipped fully assembled and workshop-checked, boxed securely for transit with a specialist carrier.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of your bike completing its workshop check. Delivery timeframes are estimates from dispatch and may vary with carrier schedules and regional access.
Parts & Accessories
Flat rate $29.95, Australia-wide. Parts and accessories are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for metro areas and 4–8 business days for regional addresses.
We're a workshop-first shop — most parts are cheapest and quickest to grab in-store, and click & collect from Alphington is always free. Ordering a part with a bike? Give us a bell and we'll pop it in the box.
International shipping can be arranged — get in touch using the contact details below and we'll sort out a quote for you.
Products on Display in Store
Many of the bikes on display in our Alphington showroom are floor models you're welcome to look over and test ride. When you purchase a model you've seen in store, we'll either have your bike (in your chosen colour and size) ready for collection, or ship it to your door at the delivery rates above. The same dispatch and delivery timeframes apply.
Free Click & Collect
Collection from our Alphington shop is always free. We'll email or call you the moment your order is ready — bikes purchased in stock are usually ready same or next business day after their final workshop check.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
You'll receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as practicable with photos and we'll sort it out with the carrier — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
