Fatboy questions we get asked a lot
Are Fatboy bikes road legal in Victoria?
The EN15194 certified V3 models are built to the Australian pedal-assist standard (250W continuous, 25 km/h assist cut-off) and are the ones to pick for bike paths, bike lanes and roads. The Performance and Ultra builds have more power and are sold for private property and off-road use. We'll walk you through the difference in store.
Can I test ride before I buy?
Yes. Every model is on the floor. Drop in during opening hours or call ahead and we'll have the one you want charged and ready.
Do you service Fatboys bought somewhere else?
Yes. We service and repair all Fatboy bikes, V1 through V3, wherever you bought them, and we carry genuine Fatboy batteries, chargers and parts.
What's the difference between V2 and V3?
V3 is Fatboy's biggest update: new frame, new builds and the EN15194 certified option. V2 is the proven previous generation, currently at run-out pricing on the Scrambler, Harlem and Bagus while stock lasts. Full breakdown here.
