The Beetle 4X4 is purpose-built for SUVs and 4WDs with a spare tyre on the rear hatch — including off-centre spares that defeat normal trunk racks. It arrives 100% assembled, hooks straight over most spare tyres with no tools, and folds flat via the hub mechanism when you're done. At 5.7kg it's the lightweight answer for anyone who wants to carry bikes without fitting a tow bar.
