The DNA is the entry point into the Fatboy world — light, simple and easy to ride. It's built for shorter and younger riders who want the Fatboy feeling without the bulk: a compact rigid frame, responsive handling, and a Shimano single-speed setup with no gears to adjust and low maintenance. The Performance build runs a 500W motor with 95Nm of torque.

Despite the smaller size it's still a proper Fatboy — a genuine two-seater with rear footpegs, a 180 kg load rating, and FBX, the power architecture developed with Bafang, running the show.

Carrying a kid up front

The Bang Bang Cruiser Set does not fit the DNA V3. For a front kid seat on this bike you need the Fatboy Grom Seat Set V3, or the Fatboy Long Seat Grom Set V3 if you want room for an adult on the back as well.

Every Fatboy from Grace and Pace is built, torque-checked and test-ridden in our Alphington workshop before it rolls out the door, with local servicing and spare parts support down the track. If you're not sure whether the DNA is the right size, drop into the shop and throw a leg over one.

Check your local road rules for how you intend to ride. Throttles are for private property use only and should be isolated when riding in public.
