All the good stuff from the Scrambler V3 — built in line with EN15194:2017, the European EPAC standard. Capped at 25 km/h pedal assist and it can't be unlocked; the throttle works up to 6 km/h on its own and up to 25 km/h when pedalling. In Fatboy's assessment that puts it in line with national EPAC legislation, which is why it's the Scrambler we point most Melbourne riders to.

You still get the full V3 platform: FBX power architecture developed with Bafang, fully adjustable front and rear suspension, custom 4-piston brakes, and Fatboy's two-seater setup with rear footpegs and a 180 kg load rating.
